The City of Ballarat has celebrated ‘Nesting’, the first artwork installed at the Intercultural Garden’s ‘Empty Plinth Project’ by Blackwood artist Kathy Holowko (see photo).

Inspired by native animal shelters and the idea of home as a shared experience across species and cultures.
